On March 28, 2023 at 9 a.m, the 50th (settlement of 2022) regular shareholders' meeting was held in the auditorium on the 6th floor of our company. Since the opening declaration of Chairman Choi Jung-wook, there have been audit reports by Choi Young-tae, sales reports by Choi Jung-wook, and internal accounting management system operations. Subsequently, a total of four bills were proposed, including the approval of the 50th separate and consolidated financial statements and the approval of partial changes to the articles of association, and approved as the original plan.
